Summary: We were travelling as a family of 4 (kids are 15 and 13). We were looking for a comfortable and spacious, newly updated apartment in the Cote D'Azur within walking distance to the beach. This property met and exceeded all those expectations. First of all, Marc the owner was great to work with and his English skills were very good. He did everything to make our trip a success (he even picked us up at the train station!) The apartment was terrific. We like modern and new finishes and this spot had it. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids slept in the bedroom with the two twin beds and my wife and I took the other one. There are two bathrooms that also provide flexibility. We were about 3 short blocks away from the beach. There was a boulangerie only 2 blocks away (yummy breakfast to bring back to the apartment) and a grocery store within walking distance (We had a car so we drove). I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in the French Riv.
