O:live Villa Firenze is comprised of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment that can be adjoined or separated for a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. The main house has a large living room, a movie room, a pool table room, and an indoor and outdoor dining area. The 2-bedroom apartment offers a kitchenette, a living area, 2 queen-sized bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The bedroom has beautiful wood floors, a large ensuite bathroom with Italian Carrara marble that includes a shower, and a bathtub with a window overlooking the Florentines hills. The suite includes a lounge area surrounded by beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, his and her walk-in closets, and a very elegantly furnished ambiance.

Italian sunlight streams into this bedroom loft which also boasts beautiful views of the olive trees. The first level of the loft has a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV perfect for privately watching your favorite movie, an ensuite bathroom, and a dining table. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub with views overlooking the green Tuscan hills. From here we have a staircase that takes you up to an open space king-size bedroom next to a secondary open space with two twin beds ideally to use for kid bedrooom.

A wooden staircase takes you to the high part of the villa where we find this beautiful bedroom suite with a King size bed, a full bathroom, the most incredible antique wood beams, and one of the most astonishing views in the villa where you can open the windows and surround yourself with the beautiful sounds of the birds.

2. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Only persons listed on this Agreement may stay in the Property.
3. Only Clients and their guests whose presence has been registered can access the villa, the swimming pool, all amenities, and related areas. Should the presence of unregistered people be detected, the Client will be required to pay for their whole permanence, according to the listed charges of the relevant day, without prejudice the right to expel people who are not properly registered.
