The sunbathing top deck and screened-in oceanfront porch is designed as the perfect lounging space to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean breeze.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit.

Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday to Sunday time frame.

-A non-refundable Advance Reservation administrative fee is charged for each requested week in addition to standard rent and reservation charges.
-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available to be booked by the public beginning at 9:00AM ET on the first weekday following the tenant's checkout.
-The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
