The space
This Rare find has private Master suite bathroom & porch, additional Air-Conditioned Florida Room from Dining room, AND (4th bedroom) is an attached Mother-In-Law Suite attached to a back bedroom with its own kitchenette, full bathroom/shower and private entrance if needed. Gives the home SO MANY options for guests as it can be split into a 4/3 total, 3/2 & 1/1, 2/2 & 2/1, or the sky's the limit to help accommodate larger families or work crews! Home is 1 lot from River Ave so easy walk to the street along the river which can be seen from driveway. Backyard is homes lot PLUS 2 private wooded lots almost 1 acre in total!

Sometimes we all need an extra holiday! So did the Elf on the Shelf (he snuck in the pictures he was so excited!) So many extras included with this home! The home is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, regular coffee and filters, filtered water and ice available from refrigerator and so much more:)
The beds have highly rated mattress’s, higher thread count sheets, and pillows for your comfort.
The washer and dryer are new Samsung front loading commercial capacity units with quick wash/dry available, basic detergent available.
There is basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available if needed.
The Kitchen has all modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc.
The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax.
Approximately 2500 sq ft to use between the 1800 sq ft home and 600 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in porches.
Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored outside. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch to avoid smoke/heat damage.
Driveway can park up to 4 coupe/sedan sized cars, and one car additional in front of home.
Pets (dogs) are allowed ($100+tax minimum fee) with a pet fee of 50.00 per pet per day+tax, $275+tax a week, or $500+tax a month per pet.
Only 1 pet allowed. Any more than 1 pet must be approved by host before booking.
Bully breeds are not allowed
Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming
