Positive: Excellent location - quick walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Flamingo beach is the best! Nice pool area at condo as well. The grounds are lush. Ease of use when booking a late checkout was handy. Games to play, beach chairs, boogie boards, and books to read were provided which was nice.
Negative: Condo could use some updating. Doors off master bedroom need to be fixed. Locks are secure on main doors, but very old and could be updated for ease of use. We weren’t given checkout instructions even though I asked the property management for them.
Summary: We had an excellent stay here. Would return to Flamingo Villas
