The living and kitchen area is an open concept that allows for a group setting. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds and one room with a full, twin, and a trundle. The house includes a TV, internet, DVD/Blu-ray player with internet capabilities, and central air and heating. There is a spacious three-seasons room looking over the hill and lake which is perfect for a morning coffee before heading out to fish. There is ample parking and electric plugin for your boat.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages after a long day on the water. Troy was a great communicator and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!
