We are intentionally positioned as a premium property, largely because we live in it a significant portion of the year. We keep our headcount limits low in this large house in order to ensure your comfort. There are plenty of small, cramped houses that will pack in renters like sardines. That is not our business model. We serve those that value their vacation time and wish to spend it in quality and comfort. Guest Limit of 9. No exceptions, children count regardless of age. Luxurious upstairs private master suite has its own living room, huge bath with 2 person jetted jacuzzi tub, and private deck. Well equipped kitchen (renovated in 2017) has everything. Laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Free wifi internet & 4 large flat screen TVs with DirecTV DVRs. Huge screened-in deck. Plenty of chairs and lounges on the decks along with gas and charcoal grills. Brand new dock with electricity/lighting and fresh water, Fish, crab, and relax in the shade on the dock. Pole holders are mounted everywhere. Bring your boat. You are not just renting a house – you are renting this pier, too, and you will be glad you did. Private sandy bay beach out the back door and the Gulf beach is just steps out the front door. Covered concrete parking pad under house. This is the Pet-friendliest place you will find - lowest pet rate, highest pet limit on the island. Crates and dog beds supplied. Get the dogs out on the beach right out your back door. The bay side is a great place to be. The Gulf beach is directly out the front door and across the street. It’s no more than just a couple hundred feet. Out the back door you have your own wide, sandy bay beach and your own dock. There are not many rental houses with a dock on a sandy beach. This is one of the very few. We also have full DirecTV with DVR on each TV. That means hundreds of channels, in-demand, programs saved on the DVRs, plus Sirius and Pandora Radio built into each TV. Bedrooms: King, King, Full + Twin, 2 Twins. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and light-blocking window treatments with black-out backing. You will not be woken by unwanted sunlight at the crack of dawn. The first Master Suite is a huge upstairs area that has a King bed, a master bath with two-person jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a separate living room with large screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, and a walk-out private deck with bay view. This suite can be used to sleep additional guests or can just be enjoyed as a massive luxurious suite for two. The second Master bedroom is on the main level and has a King bed, TV, and private bath. Also on the main level are two more spacious bedrooms. One with a Full and Twin. The other has a pair of Twin beds. Between them is a large bathroom with double vanities and separated (by doors) toilet and shower rooms. Turnover Day is typically Saturday: The vast majority of rentals on this island are weekly with check-in/check-out on Saturdays. In order to avoid interruption of the norm (and avoid turning our calendar into a jigsaw puzzle), we may choose not to accept short stays or reservations that don't begin or end on a Saturday.
