Positive: It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook, even an air fryer. The decoration was also very nice. It was easy to access and it was located on a quiet road. I would definitely recommend but there are definitely some possible improvements that I don't believe justify lowering the rating.
Negative: Communication could have been better but it wasn't bad. There was also a smell of drains in the bathroom when we first arrived but we managed to hide it by leaving the window open. The only big mistake was that one of the bins from the previous customer had not been emptied despite the apartment being clean. A couple of suggestions would be to provide some blankets as it was quite cold and also decorate the staircase a bit more as there was a lot of echo.
