This lovely 2BR/2Bath first floor condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen, baths, furniture, beds and linens. This condo is in south Sarasota in the Gulf Gate community, near the Siesta Key bridge. It is well situated for the best Sarasota has to offer. Perfect for couples or families. The unit has 2 bedrooms, with king and queen beds, comfortably accommodating four. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Full new kitchen with cooking utensils and an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. This property has an inviting heated pool with veranda and is a few minutes from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. Nature, excellent golf courses, and parks are close by. Other famous beaches, including Crescent, Lido, Turtle, Longboat Key, and Venice Beaches are a short drive. The condo is in the sought after Gulf Gate Estates community, which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Children are welcome. The Westgate malls, Beneva Village Shops, Southeast Plaza, and Palm Plaza Shopping Center all offer restaurants and stores nearby. The Red Bug Slough Reserve offers 70 acres of wooded hiking. Summary: Steve was outstanding. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Steve allowed us to borrow his bikes for which we were so vey grateful. We had been plenty of towels, and high quality beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. The pans provided were extremely high quality- thank you! The pool was large(6'6" at deep end! And was heated so we could enjoy it daily. The neighbors are friendly- some permanent residents and some renting- we really enjoyed our time here. We usually stay close to downtown Sarasota but decided to try Gulf Gate this time. There are many fantastic restaurants in the area and 10-15 min to Siesta Key beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
