Positive: the location was beautiful, the apartment was nice in size for us 4 and the kitchen was well equipped for anything we could possibly want. (and more) the bathroom seemed very clean and modern, and the living room is a very nice size for the amount of people they advertise for to house. there is a balcony that you can use with seats and pillows that look out over the horses across the street. the area itself is extremely quiet and the people very friendly and polite. there is a bakery in walking distance which was nice for fresh baked bread in the morning.
Negative: not much to say bad about this apartment, a fair warning for the non-German-speaking people, though they understand English the owners do not speak it. also the couch-bed has recently been replaced for a large air mattress with soft topper. the bed-linen are nice and soft so it is not very noticeable that it's an air mattress though.
Summary: great stay, with great view and an extremely over-equipped kitchen!
