In a sunny, idyllic location you will find a wooden house in the Carinthian farmhouse style, built in an ecological style. The flat: 3 rooms on the ground floor, cosily furnished in typical Carinthian style, up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Large sunny south-facing terrace with private natural garden. Magnificent views of the mountains.
The centrepiece is the beautiful farmhouse parlour, which is also a living and dining room with kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, 2-plate hob) and a beautiful tiled stove (free wood). Central heating also available.
1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and large wardrobe with direct access to the terrace. 2nd bedroom with comfortable sofa bed 80 x 200cm, extendable to 160 x 200cm, with wardrobe. WLAN free of charge. Bathroom with window, WC and shower. Covered car parking space also for your bicycles. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.

WINTER: FREE SKI BUS; WHICH TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO THE FAMOUS NASSFELD SKI AREA, WHERE SNOW IS USUALLY GUARANTEED. With 3 access stations, 110 kilometres of pistes, 30 cable cars, 25 ski huts. Tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking. Access by car to all stations possible. To the valley station 13 km. Smaller family ski areas: Weissbriach, Kötschach-Mauten and Weißensee.
SUMMER: Lake Pressegger See with 2 lidos. It is one of the warmest lakes in Austria with drinking water quality and a good restaurant. Summer toboggan run, animal park, climbing park nearby. Good train and bus connections. Several restaurants 500 metres away. Direct train connection to Villach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors in Hermagor (5 km away). There are 30 lakes within a 20-minute drive. Many family-friendly leisure activities.

Summary: We were looking for nice and cozy appartement for skiing holiday near Nassfeld ski area. The accommodation perfectly meets all our needs and requirements. Ideal for 3-4 members’ family, for winter holiday (Sonnenalpe Nassfeld is far 10 minutes by car), as well as summer holiday (Presseger See can be seen from the window).
