Positive: The apartment is small, well-kept and clean. Not a lot in the neighborhood, but it's a few steps from the number 4 trolley, which takes you to downtown. There is a small kitchen, but you'd only stock it up enough to cook in it if you were there for a longish stay. If the weather was nicer, there's a porch overlooking a backyard you could sit out on. Overall, all the basics were fine, and I'd come back.
