Vor den Toren Freiburgs vermieten wir unsere sehr modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung die mit ca 65qm und ausreichend Platz ffür einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt im sehr ruhig gelegen Ort Stegen / Oberbirken im wunderschönen Dreisamtal. Durch die sehr gute Lage erreichen sie von hier unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten des Schwarzwaldes in kurzer Zeit. Fußläufig finden Sie einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants sowie diverse Banken. Die sehr helle Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist neu, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über 3 Wohnräume zuzüglich einer Abstellkammer und einer großen sonnigen Erdterrasse. Die Ferienwohnung ist nur für Urlaubsaufenthalte für Familien geeignet.
Die schöne, helle und moderne Souterrain-Ferienwohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 65qm. In der zauberhaften Wohn-und Essküche finden Sie einen geräumigen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, Toaster sowie eine sehr gemütliche Essecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett (2 Matratzen je 90 x 200 m), einem geräumigen Spiegel- Kleiderschrank und einer Frisierkommode. Im großen Wohnzimmer steht ein Flachbildfernseher und eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Personen auf einer Schlafcouch 160 / 200cm. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einem WC sowie einem Waschtisch ausgestattet. Handtücher werden durch uns gestellt. Im Flur bietet ein geräumiger Einbauschrank ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten. Ein Kellerabteil bietet Ihnen zusätzliche Staumöglichkeiten für Ihre Koffer etc. Eine Waschmaschine steht Ihnen gegen Gebühr hier zur Verfügung. Die sonnige Erdterrasse bietet viel Platz für gemütliche Abende und kann über die Wohnküche erreicht werden. Auf Anfrage können Betten für zwei Kinder (20EUR/Kind/Nacht) hinzugebucht werden.
