Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, des von einem Ehepaar bewohnten Einfamilienwohnhauses. Der solar beheizte Pool (7x4 m) ist über eine Treppe vom Balkon erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde neu ausgebaut und ist in hervorragendem Zustand. Unser Haus befindet sich in Ortsrandlage, nach Süden mit freier Sicht. Die Wohnung mit 60 qm Wohnfläche (ohne Balkon) hat folgende Räume: - Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm und Kleiderschrank - Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken, WC - separates WC - Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirrspülmaschine - Wohn- Esszimmer mit Esstisch, Wohnzimertisch, Couch, TV - großer Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln
Die 60 qm große Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm), im Wohnbereich können Sie am gemütlichen Esstisch Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit großzügiger Arbeitsplatte, befindet sich einer Nische und ist dadurch vom Wohnraum nicht einsehbar. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit WC, separat neben dem Badezimmer befindet sich ein weiteres Gäste-WC. Über den Balkon führt eine Treppe zu unserem wunderschönen Außenpool mit Liegewiese.
