Fußweg) lädt ein zum Schwimmen und spazierengehen. Der Chiemsee ist ca. 8 km entfernt und sehr gut mit dem Rad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In Grassau gibt es einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz, Tennisplätze und einen Sportplatz. Der Chiemgau bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten bei jedem Wetter, z.B. Bergwandern, Radfahren, Moor-Erlebnisweg, Kultur, Hallenbäder. Für Kinder gibt es ebenfalls einiges zu entdecken. Das nächste Skigebiet sind Reit im Winkl und Kössen (ca.20 km) entfernt. Sie verfügen über eine Einbauküche mit Mikrowellenherd inklusive Grill- und Heißluftfunktion und Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne-Gefrierfach. Es gibt eine kleine Essgruppe in der Küche sowie einen großen Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Dieses ist mit Sat-TV und LAN ausgestattet. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über freies WLAN. Das Kinder- bzw. Jugendzimmer ist mit Stapelbetten ausgestattet., die einzeln gestellt werden können. Ein Babybett und Kinderhochstuhl stehen nach Anfrage zur Verfügung. Alle bodennahen Steckdosen sind mit Kindersicherungen ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer hat eine Größe von 180 x 200 cm. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher und Küchentücher sind inbegriffen.
