Wir haben ein altes Bauernhaus zu gemütlichen Wohnungen umgebaut. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Weilheim, die Wohnungen liegen zur Ortsmitte, der Garten zum freien Feld. Weilheim verfügt über keine Durchgangsstraße, zur Bushaltestelle sind es circa 300m. Der Bus fährt halbstündlich, zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten viertelstündlich. Sie können ohne umzusteigen mit der Linie 19 zu der Uni und den Kliniken gelangen. Am Ortsende ist ein großer Supermarkt, alle anderen Geschäfte finden Sie im 3 km entfernten Tübingen. Vom Garten aus sehen Sie die Wurmlinger Kapelle, eine schöne Wanderung dorthin läßt Sie den Blick von oben über das Neckartal genießen. Tübingen lockt mit Stocherkahnfahrten, dem botanischen Garten, dem Schloß, Museen, Kunsthalle, Kinos und Theatern. Nähere Ziele in der Umgebung sind Rottenburg, Hechingen mit der Burg Hohenzollern und einer römischen Gutsanlage, Balingen, Reutlicngen oder das Outletcenter in Metzingen usw. Von Stuttgart sind Sie 50 Auto- bzw. Bahnminuten getrennt. Der Flughafen ist mit einem Shuttlebus in derselben Zeit direkt zu erreichen. Als Tagesausflug lädt die schwäbische Alb mit ihren Höhlen oder der Bodensee, das schwäbische Meer ein.
Wir haben ein ehemaliges Bauernhaus zu 2 gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Wohnung 1 ist circa 32 qm groß, für 1-2 Personen, und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung hat einen seperaten Eingang und eine kleine Terasse im Hof. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit ausgestattet und verfügt über ein seperates WC. Die gut eingerichtete Einbauküche ist komplett mit Spülmaschine, Kühl- Gefrierkombination, 4 Plattenherd, Backofen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Im Wohn-Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett mit 2 einzelnen Matratzen (90*200cm), Kopf- und Fußteil verstellbar. Eine kleine Stereoanlage und ein Flachbild-TV mit Kabelanschluß tragen zu Ihrem Wohlbefinden bei. Die Fußböden sind gefließt, im Wohn-Schlafbereich ist ein natürlicher Korkboden verlegt. Unsere Gäste haben über ein Passwort kostenfreien Zugang ins Internet, Telefongebühren ins deutsche Fest- und Mobilnetz sind inklusive. Nach Absprache können Sie Fahrräder kostenfrei ausleihen.
