Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was in a beautiful valley! Close to town (most guests probably will want to have a car to drive into town) but far enough away to feel the quiet of the countryside. The host her family were VERY kind to us - full of information and support for any activities we were interested in (food, cycling, equipment to dry our clothes,etc.). The host was patient with our limited proficiency with German and Italian, and I feel like we had a lovely cultural exchange which was not expected, but a great bonus to our stay. If we are ever in this area again, we would certainly stay at this accommodation.
Negative: We liked it all. However, we did appreciate that we had a car so we could drive into town for dinner. The meal options in town weren’t plentiful and there was no kitchen or fridge in the room, but our host was very kind to let us store items in her fridge. The property and host were prefect!
