Small and cosy basement apartment of a stone house with three separate apartments and shared pool. WIFI. Close to Lucca town.
The house where Farro is located is a typical country house which has been recently restructured and divided into three separate units. This property is in an agricultural area (production of wine and olive oil) among the hills a few kilometres from the historic centre of Lucca.
In a wonderful panoramic location, close to the main house, this apartment is bright & sunny, furnished in a Traditional Tuscan style, with original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and all the comforts provided.
The apartment consists of:
Enter directly into the living room, which has satellite tv, a fully equipped corner kitchen area (oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine),1 double bedroom with exit to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower. 1 twin bedroom.
Outside there is a private, screened terrace with BBQ. Close to the house there is a swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters and 1.50 meters depth, with the most wonderful panoramic view which are to be shared between the guests. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Private parking within the property, heating, internet wireless, shared washing machine in the basement.
