Welcome to our farm! This is a great place to come get away from those cold winters! You can come relax after a long day at the parks or fishing & golfing. You'll have full use of the 3 bedroom 1 bath farm house with games, toys, and books. There is a kitchen with all of your cooking needs, including spices! Your family can eat in the dining room or on the screened patio. Our guests love having coffee on the patio overlooking the enormous yard. There are 19 chickens and we have goats and horses, and mini cows. Another favorite spot is under the large Oak trees by the pond, enjoying a cool breeze while watching bald eagles, hawks, osprey, turtles, and the fish. . There is a washer & dryer in the home as well. 5 Miles from Legoland, and minutes from shopping and entertainment. Less than 50 miles to Tampa & Orlando!

Summary: We were delighted to find that the de Haven's farm "cottage" on their 9 acre plot measured up exactly to our hopes and expectations. Goats, chickens, horses and cats would have equally delighted children if we had bought any with us (too old!) There are plenty of household facilities with Alison within reach at the house to deal with any issues - there weren't any. Highly recommended.
