Our cottage is located in a small mainly agricultural village. By stopping by us, you can rest and find peace and serenity, far from the stress linked to city life. Summer is coming, nature awaits young and old who can find their happiness during walks that allow you to observe the fauna, flora, human activity linked to it, and recharge your batteries!
Take advantage of your escapade with us to discover the milking of the cows, taste the milk, the farm butter and perhaps you will have the chance to witness a calving and perhaps you will dare to feed the cows , to calves.
By being adjoining, we may have the opportunity to sympathize, just as our children will certainly do through the games they will share outside: biking, table tennis.

Summary: Clean, tidy and compact Gite situated in the most beautiful countryside. Attached to the farmhouse of a dairy farm. Landlady was very friendly and although she only spoke a little English (and we only speak a little French!), we were able to communicate well and all was good. We had an excellent food recycler outside - called chickens! - which my son adored, feeding them all sorts every day! Even though it's a working dairy farm, it was quiet and very calm (from a visitors point of view!) If you love walking/cycling, then this is a perfect place. Otherwise, the area has little out side of WW1 & 2 (although the aquarium in nearby Boulogne is a must!) That said, we were kept fully occupied for a week - although that also mean trips into Belgium and the Flanders area as a whole.
