3 Bedroom House in Cutar, Benamargosa

Two-storey villa located on a hill overlooking Comares. One hour from Malaga airport, the last meters: 500m concrete driveway 200m dirt road,also accessible with small cars. Have a look at Googel Earth to explore surroundings of this villa. It is very interesting..
From the large terrace which is partially covered,
you can enjoy the beautiful view and the mountains.

8 x 3.50 m, which is very private. At the pool there is an outdoor shower, an awning provides shade.
The house can accommodate 6 people in a living area of ​​200 m². Downstairs is a large living / dining room and American kitchen with 65 m². Furthermore, a bedroom for 2-3 persons , with AC ,and a shower room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, each with beds 180 x 200 cm, with AC, a roof terrace and a full bath with tub and shower. The beds have good mattresses with slatted frame. All windows have fly-gases. A cot is available, highchair, cuddly toys.

Summary: Really, really beautiful location. The views are outstanding and are the main event in this property. It was very hot for our stay so the family sized pool was essential and well used in our trip. The villa was very well equipped and the welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated. There’s lots of space but small children would need to be supervised as there are some steep slopes. The steep approach path to the villa is not for the faint hearted and I’d recommend a suv or similar as it’s not surfaced all the way along but well worth the effort when you arrive to those views. We didn’t venture very far but Comares Accross the valley was lovely. All of the bedrooms have air con which is a blessing and the well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to cater for the family.
