The property is now being renovated by the spring of 2019. The holiday home is located in the rural holiday park Zijper Eilant, in Oudesluis. The park is spacious with lots of greenery and water. At the park there is an outdoor swimming pool with a large lawn. You can use the swimming pool at 300 meters from the house for free!
In the winter with frost, the lawn is flooded and becomes a natural ice rink. There is a small marina in the park and the house has a fishing license that allows you to fish for free in the waters of Oudesluis. There is also a small playground in the park.
The holiday home has a good location in the park and is pleasantly furnished. The house is detached and has a terrace and veranda with a large enclosed lawn. The property is on a quiet street with no through traffic. Parking at your own home.

This detached house is equipped with every comfort and luxury it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a great garden room. There is a large fenced garden with various terraces, a small play set and a garden shed, here are 2 go-karts for the children.
Inside everything has been thought of, a spacious living room with open luxury kitchen with dishwasher, large stove with oven, fridge and lots of storage space. The generous dining table is ideal for enjoying a drink, eating or playing games. In the lounge area there is a Jacobus wood-burning stove in the center, a large sofa and lovely chairs, through the many windows you have a beautiful view over the garden and to the lock of Oudesluis.
Adjacent to the lounge area is a large, nicely decorated canopy, where even in early spring it is late autumn, but also in winter when the sun is shining. Here you will find the extra fridge freezer, the Weber BBQ and a BBQ table. You have the choice it gets too hot then you open the veranda, if the wind is in you keep it nice and close.
Downstairs is another 1- 2 person bedroom and 1-2 person bedstead room, a bathroom with a double sink and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms, each suitable for 2 person, each with their own walk-in shower and washbasin. There is an extra toilet on the landing. You can reserve the bed linen and towels for € 10 per person. p.
This house is on the edge of a small-scale holiday park the Zijpereilant in Oudesluis. At this park there is a lot of fish and water, a playground and an outdoor swimming pool that you can use for free.
This house was completely renovated in the winter of 2018/2019 the walls and the roof have remained and everything else is new.
