This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is beautifully renovated, conveniently location near Tahoe City, and will be the “smartest” stay you make! The home is equipped with the latest technology for your convenience. Enjoy strong WiFi, smart toilets, two workstations (one downstairs and one upstairs), a large smart TV with access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney, and much more. Immerse yourself in our outdoor hot tub under the starlit sky. Lace up your hiking boots and embark on the conveniently located famous Eagle Rock hike across the street which offers stunning panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the top. A must-see for any nature enthusiast! The backyard is the best part; a private haven with a bubbling creek, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Just 4 miles from the charming Tahoe City, the home is in an extremely convenient location. Three major ski resorts are within easy reach, two of them 15 minutes away and the other is 30 minutes away.
This is a 2-level home. On the main floor, is one bedroom with a Cal King bed, along with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Off the living room is access to the gorgeous backyard as well as a large patio that allows you to enjoy the forest vibes this home has. The main sofa on this floor pulls out into a Queen size bed. On the second floor are the two remaining bedrooms. One of the bedrooms accommodates a small patio where you can enjoy your Nespresso coffee, a workstation, and a Cal King bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen size bottom bed and two “cubby closets” that all kids will love. There is another sofa bed across the fireplace that also pulls out into a full-size bed and is between the master bedroom and the hallway.

While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (20 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (11 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 Cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
