Positive: The apartment is not small.
Negative: - No air conditioning, the rooms on the first floor were very hot. I did not assume this is possible, so I didn't check carefully enough. - No wifi. - No mosquito net or proper curtain on the windows, so your night sleep might be compromised. - Found all kinds of trash left over by previous guests. - Smelt funny and fought the cockroaches. - Based on the description, I assumed the electric car charging is directly at the property, but no, it is ~5 mins of walking distance. - The hosts, whilst friendly, only speak German, and the key pick-up wasn't the simplest. - Considering all this, value for money is not great.
