3 Bedroom House in Los Zacatitos

Casa Cielo Azul is our 3220 square foot three bedroom, three bathroom house with breathtaking 360-degree views of the Sea of Cortez, the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the desert…only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Our contemporary designed home features a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen surrounded by open terraces, desert garden decks and a private swimming pool.
Sliding glass doors surround the kitchen and open up to an expansive outdoor eating patio allowing the landscape to meet the house thus creating a feeling of unity with the desert and the ocean environments. There is a outdoor dining table that seats 8.
Our indoor eating area seats six comfortably along with seating for four at our kitchen bar.
We have two master bedrooms with queen size beds and their own private decks overlooking the boundless outdoor vistas.
Spacious ensuite bathrooms include walk-in showers.
Our guest bedroom sleeps five with a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top.
Our living room features comfortable, modern furniture and a desk complete with high speed Internet plus Wifi throughout the house.
A perfect day might start with breakfast on the kitchen terrace watching the sunrise over the ocean then continue at the pool in our zero gravity deck chairs followed by an afternoon at the beach…. surfing, swimming or whale watching.
Start your evening cooking poolside on our BBQ grill while watching the sunset over the desert mountains…dining outdoors on the lit terrace and then capping the night off on our roof top deck to star gaze.
We love spending the day at the beach or pool and then heading to San Jose for an evening of fabulous restaurants and a weekly art walk where many artists are featured.
For another experience its fun to spend a day in Cabo San Lucas or head along the Pacific Coast to Todas Santos.
We love that we can be on a quiet beach away from the crowds but have easy access to exciting towns with lots of culture. Its the best of both worlds.

Summary: We had a great week-long stay at this property. Beautiful home with lots of room for a family of 5. The home was very well-equipped and the beach was beautiful and a very short walk from the home. One comment is that it is somewhat remote (a 20 minute drive to San Jose del Cabo) so you cannot walking to restaurants, shops, etc. However, that is one of the things we loved about it!
