Casa Panorama is a lushly landscaped traditional Hacienda style home. Two inviting water features welcome you as you walk past them through the antique doors into a spacious landscaped courtyard complete with quarried cantera stone columns and interior red tile rooflines. A graceful outdoor fireplace and expansive terrace areas make this courtyard just one of the many areas for dining and entertaining family and friends.
Carefully considered and elegantly appointed custom finished detailing throughout the home includes honed and chiseled edge travertine floor tiles, pounded copper sinks, custom cabinetry, inlaid river rock and flagstone detailing, soaring beamed ceilings and carefully selected granite slabs on countertops. Sumptuously furnished, Casa Panorama includes luxury bedding and linens in all bedrooms.
Off the courtyard to the right is the casita. Located separately from the main house, the casita has a king size bed, en suite bath and plenty of closet space. Granite countertops, copper sink and intricately inlaid stone detailing add distinction to the privacy of this suite.
Off the courtyard to the left, enter the expansive great room where the view and a massive stone fireplace are the focal points. Sliding glass doors completely open the Great Room to the oversized terrace with infinity edge pool, swim-up bar and Jacuzzi for indoor / outdoor living. A palm thatched Palapa bar with outdoor barbecue cook center, outdoor dining room and fire pit provide lots of extra room for entertaining and enjoying the city lights and stars by night. Enjoy dining and entertaining areas around the pool and jacuzzi with incredible vistas and sunsets.
In the great room, complete with large screen plasma TV, an eight-seat formal dining room table is illuminated by an extravagant hand-blown hanging glass chandelier.
Casa Panorama's gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, Viking wine refrigerator, copper kitchen sink, central island with bar sink, six-burner Viking range with grill and tortilla burner, dishwasher, Viking oven and microwave, refrigerator/freezer, walk-in pantry and adjacent laundry room.
Casa Panorama's first master suite features a jetted bathtub next to a fireplace that opens into the Bedroom as well as into the bath. This suite has a King size bed, flat screen plasma TV and three French doors that open to a private terrace area for relaxing, enjoying and taking full advantage of the view below. 15 ft. high, beamed ceilings, hung with an elaborate handcrafted metal chandelier lend sophistication to the room. The en suite Bathroom features, double copper sinks set in beautiful granite countertop, river rock embellished shower, jetted bathtub and fireplace. This suite has a large walk-in closet, and antique Mexican furnishings throughout.
The second master suite features an ornately carved wooden king sized bed and sliding doors that completely open the room to an outside sitting area next to the Jacuzzi and the outdoor dining area. Fireplace, plasma t.v. and en suite bath with walk in closet, dual copper sinks and exquisite custom vanity are also included. This room has the same double high wooden beamed ceilings as in the first master suite.
In it’s own wing to the right of the Great room is the third master suite. This suite is complete with a fireplace, king size bed, sliding doors for indoor- outdoor living with view over pool to fairway and ocean beyond. Walk-in closet, sitting room, large screen plasma TV. The bathroom in this master suite has an indoor/outdoor shower. After a day at the beach, on the Sea of Cortez or on the golf course enjoy showering in the open air in a very private setting.
A large powder room is conveniently located off of the great room.
On Casa Panorama's lower level is a large family/game room with large screen plasma TV, DVD player, foosball table, couches and an atrium area behind a glass door.
