I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
Can guests delicately close the front door to the flat with the key and not slam the door.
Please take off shoes when entering the property. The shoes can be kept either inside the
cupboard as you enter the flat or on the welcome mat either inside or outside the front
door of the flat.
Make sure the electric radiator in the bedroom and all lights are switched off when
finished with the property.
Make sure to clean the coffee machine after use.
No smoking inside the flat due to the expensive carpet - smokers can use the garden
where chairs and table are available for seating.
