5 Bedroom House in Lutzhorn

The garden villa is a 250 sqm brick house in a secluded location on the Tannenhof in the idyllic village of Lutzhorn, only half an hour's drive from Hamburg.
The yard area with the camp fire place, the arbor, the boulder wall and the very extensive children's games offers well over 5000 square meters and can be fully used by the guests.
The "garden villa above" has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. In the kitchen, everyone gathers around the wooden table to eat, play, chat or simply relax. A fine Weber gas grill in the garden can be used all year round.
The individually furnished bedrooms are located in the upper two floors of the garden villa.
The vast Tannenhof area is just fun: playing basketball, jiggling around with the Kettcars, going to the goats, romping in the straw castle, rocking, trampolining, or simply resting and looking into the trees: the terrain is huge, close to nature and beautifully designed , Nobody gets in the way here.
In the garden villa is also our office, but this is provided with its own driveway and of course we pay attention to the privacy of our guests.
The large garden (400sqm) is available to the guests of the garden villa alone, the other courtyards share all Tannenhof guests. There are two more apartments, 100 meters away from the garden villa on the other side of the farm.
The town of Barmstedt is a 5-minute drive away and offers all the shopping you need. Two ice cream parlors make you want to spend the summer and in the Café Schloßgefängnis on Rantzauer See (be sure to visit!) can be enjoyed all year round coffee and cake. Boating, playing miniature golf, swimming, a great bookstore, all just 5 minutes by car from the Tannenhof.
Central location:
- just under half an hour drive to Hamburg
- The North Sea and the Baltic Sea can each be reached in less than an hour by car
Incidentally, there is a second apartment on the ground floor in the garden villa.
Both apartments (ground floor and first floor) can be connected by a staircase in the spacious hallway. In the whole villa then up to 16 people can rest, play, read - just spend a nice time together. If necessary, the apartment on the ground floor can be rented easily - see "garden villa below".
