Το νεόδμητο διαμέρισμά μας 70 τ.μ. βρίσκεται σε μια ασφαλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά στον πράσινο λόφο στο Νέο Ηράκλειο και είναι ισόγειο οροφοδιαμέρισμα σε μια δυόροφη ιδιόκτητη κατοικία.
Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 5-7 άτομα.
Ο χώρος
Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες,μπάνιο, και καθιστικό ενιαίο με μια μεγάλη κουζίνα.Στην πρώτη κρεβατοκάμαρα υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και στη δεύτερη,κουκέτα με κρεβάτι διπλό κάτω και μονό επάνω,μια μεγάλη ντουλαπα και τηλεόραση 32¨.
Στο άνετο μπάνιο του υπάρχει ντουζιέρα με καμπίνα,ζεστό νερό νύχτα μέρα,πιστολάκι μαλλιών,σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο καθώς και πλυντήριο ρούχων.Διατείθεται σίδερο και σιδερώστρα.
Στο χώρο του καθιστικού ένας διθέσιος και ένας τριθέσιος καναπές ο οποίος γίνεται και διπλό κρεβάτι, μαζί με τζάκι,τηλεόραση 4k smart 50¨ ,στερεοφωνικό συγκρότημα και home theater 5.1, Wi-Fi 200 mbps, EON tv (Nova Sports & Cinema), Cosmote tv (Cosmote sports & Cinema) και Netflix σας επιτρέπουν να χαλαρώσετε,να διασκεδάσετε,να εργαστείτε όπως στο γραφείο σας,να παρακολουθήστε την ταινία που αγαπάτε,την αγαπημένη σας ομάδα ή διοργάνωση.
Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο,φούρνο και κεραμικές εστίες,πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων,τοστιέρα,αποχυμωτή,μηχανή espresso κλπ, και όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη είναι στη διάθεσή σας,για το τέλειο δείπνο που θα ετοιμάσετε όπως στο σπίτι σας.

Από την πλευρά της εισόδου το διαμέρισμα είναι υπερυψωμένο και υπάρχει μαρμάρινη σκάλα ως την κεντρική είσοδο.
