Summary: Totally comfortable, quiet, safe, perfect location for us to stay. The apartment is wonderful - just like the photos show. So many nice amenities that we didn't expect. The owner sent detailed check in instructions and was always availabe to answer questions when we sent him a message. The apartment is an easy walk to everything in the beautiful, charming, historic Esslingen Old Town and the castle on the hill. Close to a grocery store, fruit market, train station and bus stop. Note - you need to be able to walk up/down 2 flights of slightly curved stairs to the 2nd floor apartment. It was a bit difficult with our heavy luggage, but we managed just fine and we love the apartment. Would love to return again.
