Our epic cliffside dome offers breathtaking views and a one-of-a-kind experience, perched right at the edge of nature. While it’s an unforgettable spot, we kindly ask parents to be fully aware that the dome is located near a steep drop-off.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when staying in this accommodation. By booking this dome, guests acknowledge full responsibility for the safety of their children during their stay.
Guests can open the front of the dome by themselves. This is one of its most unique features. The structure is built on an elevated platform, allowing us to lift the entire front section where the large panoramic window is located, opening it up about 4 feet high. This design captures an incredible ocean breeze, as the dome is situated right next to a cliff overlooking the Pacific. It creates a magical indoor-outdoor feel while maintaining the comfort of the dome.
As for beach access, the property is fully private, spanning 4 acres with no other guests or neighbors. The walk to the beach takes about 4 minutes and follows a natural internal road down from the dome's elevated position. There’s no traffic at all since the road lies entirely within the property. It’s a peaceful and scenic walk, perfect for starting your day with a refreshing visit to the beach.

Summary: This unique home was perfect & private in the jungle with direct ocean view and breezes and views of Playa Órganos which is short walk from the Dome. There are several other beaches within few minutes that we checked out and learned of a couple nearby waterfalls that we plan to visit next time. We enjoyed the sunrises & wildlife all around us all times of the day, and were able to open up the front of dome to enjoy breezes inside. The local restaurants we ate at in Paquera were some of the best food and service we experienced during this trip to Costa Rica, and the fruit stores we visited everyone was friendly. There is also a really good dentist in town and can get fresh seafood from the local fishermen a few minutes away near the ferry. The inside of the dome had every detail covered and was meticulously clean and all high quality furniture, kitchenware, and was comfortable from every perspective. We used the grill on the deck to warm up lunch a couple days. Even had the nice touches like yoga mats, bluetooth speaker and nespresso machine. We enjoyed sitting out at night with the dark skies in this area, the milky way glows and we can see fishermen lights in the distance. The wifi worked perfectly and I would say the property has bigger views than the online pictures show. Carlos and his family were very hospitable with great knowledge of the area. Their genuine kindness and advice made this stay a highlight for us. We will be back and will plan to stay longer next time!
