Outside of 7 days, you may cancel or change the dates of your reservation, for any reason, for a handling fee of $50 and the remaining deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel or change dates within the 7 days prior to your arrival, your first night's deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 24hrs of arrival forfeit their entire reservation. There are no exceptions.
