Hickory Ridge is ideally located North of Broken Bow and South of Hochatown. The location easily accessible to the Southern entrance of 259A.
As guests, you will have full access to the entire cabin, except for the locked supply closet and crawl space. However, please note that this property is pet-free, has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, and does not allow smoking, vaping, hookah, or marijuana. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available from October to April, and the cabin is treated quarterly for pests, though some may still be present due to the environment.
For an additional fee, early check-in and late check-out times are available if there are no reservations within 24 hours of your arrival or departure. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances, and on-call security is available to enforce rules and regulations.
The cabin is located in a wooded area, where it is possible to encounter wild animals and bugs. The property has pest control services to deal with these creatures, and guests are encouraged to contact the host immediately via Airbnb's Direct Message (DM) system if they come across any of them. Please keep in mind that the host cannot be held liable for any issues that occur on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties.
