Holiday house in the seaside village of Afissos, one of Pelion's most popular destinations, ideal for rest, relaxing & summer vacations. Recently built, spacious with traditional touches. Taverns, cafes & various other shops nearby ensure that any needs are met.
The house is located just 2’ away from the beach on foot and just 24 km away from the city of Volos. Ideal base for the surrounding traditional settlements and beaches of the area.
On the 1st floor you will find the living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, oven, kitchenware, etc.), one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the WC. Stepping out onto the balcony you will find out it overlooks the magnificent view of the Pagasitic Gulf, designed to comfortably accommodate 9-10 people.
The ground floor is divided into two areas. In the first area, which has access to the first floor with an internal staircase, you can find the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and the kitchen with a fireplace where the bed / sofa is also located. In the second area there is the bedroom with a double bed, the fireplace, the bathroom and another small space, the kitchen.
The ground floor in the outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, a dining area and adequate seating.
The area does not lack various shops such as tavernas, cafes, beach bars, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. and alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoe, scuba diving, etc.
At 7 km away you will find the traditional Pelion village of Milies with the famous train "Mountzouris".
It is the most suitable place to be used as a base for excursions to the villages of Pelion but also for daily visits to the city of Volos, for dining, shopping or nightlife. Εξοχική κατοικία στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό της Αφήσσου, έναν από τους δημοφιλέστερους προορισμούς του Πηλίου, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση, ξεκούραση & καλοκαιρινές αποδράσεις. Νεόκτιστη, ευρύχωρη με παραδοσιακές πινελιές. Οι ταβέρνες, τα καφέ & τα διάφορα άλλα μαγαζιά εξασφαλίζουν την κάλυψη των όποιων αναγκών προκύψουν.
Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μόλις 2' από την παραλία με τα πόδια και μόλις 24 χλμ από την πόλη του Βόλου. Ιδανικό ορμητήριο για τους γύρω παραδοσιακούς οικισμούς και τις παραλίες της περιοχής.
Στον 1ο όροφο συναντάει κανείς το καθιστικό με το τζάκι, την κουζίνα (η οποία είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο, φούρνο, μαγειρικά σκεύη, κλπ), μία κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, μία κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και το WC. Βγαίνοντας στο μπαλκόνι αντικρίζει κανείς την μαγευτική θέα του Παγασητικού κόλπου, διαμορφωμένο ώστε να χωράει άνετα 9-10 άτομα.
Το ισόγειο είναι χωρισμένο σε δύο χώρους. Στον πρώτο χώρο, ο οποίος έχει πρόσβαση στον 1ο όροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα, συναντά κανείς την κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, το μπάνιο και την κουζίνα με τζάκι όπου εκεί βρίσκεται και το κρεβάτι / καναπές. Στον δεύτερο χώρο υπάρχει η κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, το τζάκι, το μπάνιο και ένας ακόμη μικρός χώρος, αυτός της κουζίνας.
Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του ισογείου είναι εξοπλισμένος με μπάρμπεκιου, τραπεζαρία και καθίσματα.
Από την περιοχή δεν λείπουν διάφορα μαγαζιά όπως ταβέρνες, καφέ, beach bar, market, φαρμακεία, βενζινάδικα, άλλα και δραστηριότητες εναλλακτικού τουρισμού όπως: ιππασία, canoe, scuba diving, κλπ.
Στα 7 χλμ βρίσκεται το παραδοσιακό Πηλιορείτικο χωριό Μηλιές με το περίφημο τρενάκι ‘’Μουντζούρης’’.
Είναι το πλέον κατάλληλο μέρος, για να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως ορμητήριο για εξορμήσεις στα χωριά του Πηλίου αλλά και για καθημερινές επισκέψεις στην πόλη του Βόλου, για φαγητό, shopping ή νυχτερινή διασκέδαση.
