Positive: The apartment is very spacious and with all the appliances you may need, especially in the kitchen. Great if you plan to prepare meals at home too. Communication with the rental service was awesome, fast and efficient and they were available at any time via WhatsApp.
Negative: Unfortunately, there is no view of the sea from the beautiful terrace and garden but this is reflected in the price of the apartment if compared to front-sea rentals. I cannot say that this was something I did not like, it is just the only “negative” aspect I can think of.
