Mid-century modern home with private pond in an exclusive neighborhood. Central AC and heat. Set on a spacious 0.7-acre lot. Just one hour from NYC by train or car (Rowayton & South Norwalk stations). Enjoy birdwatching and duck sightings from the large deck overlooking the pond. Peaceful cul-de-sac. Pet-friendly. Private office on the first floor plus a workstation in the main suite. Main bathroom features electronic shower and heated floors. Fully equipped kitchen.

Summary: A e absolutely loved our stay at the pond house. Gustavo was a great host, very responsive. The central heating was key and the whole house was comfortable throughout our stay. The master bathroom is really nice. We loved the location as well as the quiet neighborhood.
