Positive: The location is great, directly at the small harbor, very near to restaurants and beaches. Well equipped with everything we needed. Very good AC. Everything is exactly as advertised. The host is very friendly. And Sipan- ah what a LOVELY island!!!!
Negative: The balcony is not totally private as sometimes guests living in the apparent next door walk trough. The apartment to the right has a window to the balcony as well. And the apartment to the left has a balcony/ terrace which also has a view to your balcony. You do not feel totally private there. But I knew this beforehand as I had asked. The pictures could be misleading if you do not check very well. It is nice to sit outside and in the night you watch a lot of stars. But if you are searching for real privacy this is not for you.
