A bit of history: On June 21, 1847, this property was part of a 40 acre spread in Perry Township purchased by John W. Ellis - from the US Government.
Today the Ellis House is a fully furnished, short term rental. Complete with modern kitchen amenities, high speed internet, outdoor grill on back patio, central air and washer & dryer. Streaming TV and Blu-ray player. Two bedrooms (king and twin bed), queen hide a bed, and additional queen air mattress. Rental rates for single nights or stay up to 3-4 months. French press or drip coffee, your mornings will be perfect. Step out into the morning air and watch the sunrise over the Historic Davis County Courthouse. It is furnished with second hand stuff,
