Nestled perfectly in the lush, green Tosco-Emiliano hills of Emilia-Romagna, just slightly South West of Italy’s beautiful food capital, Bologna, you will discover the elegant Italian villa - Casa Stella Country House.
Formerly known in the local dialect as Ca' di Strala, this charming Italian villa has been in the Maselli-Ferro family for over 300 years. Upon entering Casa Stella Country House you will discover original Art Deco lighting and antique furniture, fixtures and fittings, alongside the history of the Maselli-Ferro family.
The villa, itself, has 4 bedrooms - Primula, Peonia, Rosa and Gardenia - named after flowers that can be found blossoming in the garden throughout the year. There are also 4 beautifully updated bathrooms, each with a luxurious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit.
For the purposes of relaxation, entertainment or privacy, there are 5 separate lounge areas which may be used comfortably. Free Wi-fi, TV, books etc. can be found in these areas for guests to take full advantage of.
There is a fully equipped country style kitchen with fan oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pantry etc. A separate external kitchenette and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer etc. is also available for guests to use. A washing line to dry your clothes is located in the garden and comes in handy to dry clothes both quickly and in an eco-friendly manner.
Should guests wish to relax outdoors, there is a vast mature garden bursting with flowers, figs, plums, grapes, olives and other such wonders.
