Very large terrace of 20 m2 , facing south , sea view and Moorish domes:change of scenery assured , privileged location in a very beautiful complex of the 'Thousand and One Nights,secured with 3 swimming pools including a heated panoramic plus a wading pool . Residence with white domes and very nice exotic gardens,a restaurant bar to eat by the pool with excellent cocktails: very good dishes at very interesting prices. Private parking,in the shade and secure. Very neat,original decoration,which invite relaxation. Theapartment benefits from a very large sunny terrace all day long with a basin, views of the white domes and the sea,magnificent sunset,a large living room with TV ,an American kitchen with vitro,oven,dishwasher,washing machine,very large refrigerator,freezer, microwave, toaster, Dolche Gusto coffee maker,kettle,and all the necessary for cooking ,iron and ironing board. The bathroom of the bright top with bathtub ,that of the bottom with walk-in shower, hair dryers.The towels are provided,as well as the pool towels. In the bedrooms the bedding is quality , Upstairs,bed 160 by 2m,downstairs,large air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds in 90/2m and a pull-out bed with also 2 beds 90/2m plus a patio with table and armchairs. 2 Small supermarket ,hairdresser,beautician 5 minutes' walk away .LIDL,ALDI,Mercadona,Hyperdino,town ofAdeje 5 minutes by car. Bus stop is a 5-minute walk. The complex is located on the seafront,(small cove 10 minutes' walk away) in a quiet area but with many restaurants all around, maritime paseo with wonderful views of LaGomeraIsland and its Sunsets. 10 minutes by car , the famous white sand beach,protected del Duque and the lively areas of the Americanos and Christianos. Theapartment has an ideal position for the discovery of theisland.(located 5mn from themotorway).
