Positive: The property was nice. Owner was good to work with at first but then it went down hill.
Negative: Neighbors caused a lot of trouble with threatening us because my family and I were “loud” with playing games. He came over and we allowed him to come in and speak with us. He went back home and then came out again. Walked around the door a lot antagonizing us. She stated we damaged her property which did not occur. I took videos of upstairs and downstairs upon checkout. She threatened me in text messages after.
