The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths so your traveling party will have loads of space to unpack and unwind from the daily grind. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests total. There is a bedroom downstairs and 3 more upstairs so this home is ideal for those traveling with older family members. Most of the common areas are located downstairs for maximum convenience. The open floor plan provides open access to the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen is modern with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining table seats 8. In the living room you will find 2 sofas and a large flat panel tv. Bedroom 1 downstairs features a queen bed with a TV, There is a shared family bath just outside this door. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and a loft area. The loft area has a pull out sofa that can sleep 2 with a large TV for additional family gathering space. The master bedroom offers a king bed with en suite bath. The bath features a stand up shower and dual sink vanity. Princess themed Bedroom three has two twin beds and ensuite bath. Surf themed bedroom 4 has two twin beds with a full bathroom next to loft area. This home offers a sleeper sofa, located in the loft This cozy area holds a wall-mounted flat-screen television. A washer and dryer are located on second level of the home. Step outside onto your very own private screened-in lanai. Beautifully landscaped with decorative pavers, and an endless array seating options by the splash pool and the outdoor bathroom is super convenient.
