GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Finca El Zurrador is not only a Rural Accommodation in the Sierra de Huelva where you can enjoy and rest in the comfortable house, it is also an agricultural, livestock and forestry farm of more than 25ha. where fruit trees (apple, pear, cherry) alternate with chestnut, cork, walnut and holm oak with green meadows where foals, mares, horses graze.
The Rural Accommodation in Finca el Zurrador is contemplated for people who want and know how to be in an agricultural and livestock environment, where the typical tasks of a livestock farm and a stud farm of sports horses alternate. The animals are separated from the main house, the horses in their padocks, tranquility is guaranteed.
Due to its location it makes it a privileged place to disconnect and launch into the different activities that the wonderful nature of the environment offers, from hiking having a direct exit from the farm (Camino de Fuenteheridos to Cortelazor), horseback riding, gastronomic routes, collecting mushrooms, chestnut picking (in authorized farms), wild fruits, etc ...
RURAL ACCOMMODATION
The house is a rustic and cozy but modern construction, where the amenities are evident in its different rooms. It consists of two floors, on the ground floor we have the open kitchen with a living room with fireplace and a table with 6 chairs, then another living room with sofas and another fireplace with a bay window and views of the outside porch. The kitchen has a small pantry with oil, salt, sugar, oil and soap for scrubbing.
On the upper floor are the bathroom and the two rooms, one of them with a double bed and the other room has 3 beds with the possibility of a further extra bed. Barbecue on the outside porch.
HOUSING WITH HORSES:
In the Finca El Zurrador, the Yeguada Sierra Norte is located, the Trakehner horse breeding and sports center (CDE) with all the own facilities for the development of the activity and that will allow our clients to stay with their horse to enjoy the environment doing what that he likes the most, riding a horse. The farm has a stable with 6 boxes of 3.5 x 3 m and 5 farrowing pens of 6 x 3.5 m; 9 wooded resting paddocks with electric fences and 15 wooded fences, of which four, about 2. 20 hectares. they have sprinkler irrigation facilities. A circular of 15 m. in diameter, a green dressage track of 20 x 40 m., mangroves, foot-to-ground training track, obstacles, cavalettis, etc. and many paths to access to enjoy the environment, complete the facilities of our farm "El Zurrador", making it a small paradise for horses and their owners.
