This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a downstairs kitchenette, two washers, two dryers, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Ten TVs, sound bar, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, three queen, one double, and one twin-sized bed, plus one twin-over-twin bunk bed set, one twin with trundle, and one queen-sized sofa bed. Four bedrooms are located downstairs and do not have closets or windows. Outdoor amenities include a private 20-by-10-foot swimming pool (4.25-foot deep), pool furniture, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, covered porch, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, and private floating dock.
