Ideally located on the edge of the Vioreau forest (240 hectares) and its lakes, this cottage, known as "Le Champs des Oiseaux," has recently been renovated with an eco-friendly approach: the use of recycled and ecological materials (paint), second-hand furniture (Emmaus, garage sales, etc.), and recycled furniture, including its 1970s kitchen. Adjoining another house, this cottage is a true place of tranquility and rejuvenation where you can walk and explore a protected natural area. Just 1 km away, you will find the "Vioreau Pleine Nature" leisure center, open during the summer (no fishing allowed). For longer excursions, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km, and Nantes 45 km. Everything in this cottage harmoniously combines comfort, nature, and authenticity, while respecting the surrounding area.
Enclosed 1200 m² garden with a south-east-facing terrace where you can relax from sunrise to sunset.
