Summary: First off the good, the house is in a great little neighborhood with a park and about 25 minutes from the water and about 90 minutes to downtown. The bad, i think i have about 40 texts from the owners another several email from the management company and so on it was a little over the top. If you are staying and plan to have people over for a dinner or get together you will get your phone blown up. The listing is a 3 bedroom but if you dare to have a couple people over you will get a nasty email. The ugly, damage all over the house, the grill is about to fall through the deck, there were bugs all over the house, when we got there, there was rotting food in the cabinet. Water spots in several parts of the house. The house needs some work. And right when you get to the house make sure you document damage. But overall if they fix up the house some it could be a gem.
