On the main floor, you will find 1 bedroom, living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, oven, 4 stoves, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and Keurig coffee maker. Upon arrival, you'll find an assortment of teas and coffee for your enjoyment. Our living room boasts Samsung 55" HDTV. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient standing shower.
You'll find a bathtub shower combo bathroom and 2 bedrooms with balconies located on the 2nd floor.
We offer all the essential amenities to make your stay convenient and worry-free, including a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, and cleaning products. We provide complimentary towels, hand soap, shampoo, body wash and 2 hair dryers for your convenience. Our bedding and towels are washed after each stay, so you can enjoy a clean and fresh experience.
We also have a keypad door lock for each bedroom to ensure your privacy.
For your peace of mind, our home features outdoor surveillance cameras and a doorbell for added security and safety.

The entrance to the fully fenced front and backyard is shared. You will be staying in the laneway house.
Other things to note
1. No party or large events, If violated or evicted, no refunds.
2. No drugs, marijuana, smoking, cigars or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure you clean up any residue. The use of drugs and marijuana is strictly prohibited both in the front and back yards!!! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
3. No pets.
4. No illegal items or activities.
5. No loud noise from 10 PM to 8 AM. As this neighbourhood is very private and quiet Please be respectful. Thanks for your understanding
*6. Parking on the street
Free street parking is available in front of the main house. Please don't park in front of the neighbour's home across the street or the next-door neighbour's (he can potentially tow your car if you park there for more than 3 hours in the daytime, and overnight).

8. Any sort of disruption to the neighbourhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, or damage to the home will result in fines and/or eviction of your stay.
