Summary: Owner sent over his assistant within 5 minutes of my calling 2 times. 1 time I had a problem with a door I had accidentally locked and another time when the downstairs tenant was noisy his assistant came over again and spoke with them on our behalf. The home has everything necessary for a great vacation with all the basic needs of comfortable beds and cleanliness.
