Positive: Views of Merrymeeting Bay are incredible. Location is perfect for access to charming towns of Bowdoinham, Bath, and Brunswick. Not far from Portland, August, and Lewiston. Soaring connected kitchen, eating area, and living room. Huge windows overlooking the bay. Dock for swimming and small boats
Negative: Some renters may want more privacy, because upstairs bedrooms are open to main living via balconies. Fine for its as a small family
