Each duplex with three suites, with 118 m2, located in Mont Moria Condominium, on Taperupuan beach in Porto Seguro - BA, located approx. 300 m from the beach, and close to the main attractions of Taperapuan (Axé Moa, Toa Toa, etc). Beach access through cobbled streets.
House number 13 of the Condominium.

Upper floor: two suites, one with balcony.
All suites with split air conditioning, ceiling fan and 32 "Led TV, with one double and two single beds, and closets.

Daily cleaning and bed linen provided for a maximum of ten guests, with change every three nights of use.
Maximum of ten guests allowed as standard. Eventually, two additional guests may be allowed, completing the number of beds, however WITHOUT providing bed and bath linen for the two additional guests or, optionally, providing additional bed and bath for a fee to the condominium company .
